The Nurse Manager manages, supervises, and coordinates the operations of a specific hospital unit or patient care clinic in a correctional institution. The Nurse Manager supervises subordinate staff to include hiring, evaluating, and coordinating the daily functions of the nursing staff. Relocation assistance is available. Graduation from an approved program for Registered Nurses and four years related experience. Current license as a Registered Nurse, as approved by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners, CPR certificate, ACLS
certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
